Following are the details of the return policy that is applicable for all items sold on AskMyGift.
Our aim at AskMyGift is to ensure that our customer is completely satisfied. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept the return of packages within 7 days of the sale date and will issue a full refund minus the shipping charges. All we ask that the product be returned unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original box and packaging. AskMyGift reserves the right to reject any return request if the product package is opened or the product looks used. Return time frame after delivery is 7 business days. After 7 days we don’t accept any cancellation or returns.
In case the product received is the incorrect product
In this case we would refund 100% of the product cost if intimated immediately or within 7 days on receipt of the product. We urge you not to accept a product in this case. We will also bear the return shipping for any incorrect product delivered.
- Any luggage items with locks must be returned unlocked.
- Returns are not accepted for edible items and some consumable items.
- Precious jewellery items have to be returned in tamper free packaging. Any additional cost incurred for tamper free packaging will be reimbursed.
- Items that you no longer need must be returned in new and unopened condition with all the original packing, tags, inbox literature, warranty/ guarantee card, freebies and accessories including keys, straps and locks intact.
- For damaged / defective items , items with missing parts or item not as described , replacement will be offered by the seller, if the issue is reported within 7 business days. Replacement may be offered for the entire product or part(s) of the product.
- The refund will be happen within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the goods.
- For all refunds we will refund the amount to same mode of payment as used during checkout. Refunds for cash on delivery will be made via online transfer of funds to the customers bank account.
- If the customer chooses to cancel the order before the product is shipped, he will be entitled to a 100% refund. Incase the product is shipped then the policy as mentioned above will be applicable.
